Summer Trifle with Blue Grapes

cookies
1 cup fresh cheese 250 mL
(quark cheese)
1/2 cup cream 15% 125 mL
2 tbsp honey 30 mL
1 tsp lemon peel 5 mL

Table grapes, de-stemmed
Break each cookie in 4 to 5 pieces.
In bowl, whisk fresh cheese, cream, honey and lemon peel.
Prepare trifles: place 3 to 4 pieces of cookie in the bottom of a desert cup, cover with a small amount of fresh cheese mixture and add 5 fresh grapes. Repeat to obtain a second layer.
TIP: Place in refrigerator for a few hours to soften cookies. It tastes even better.
Serves 4.
