Assembly:
Top each pizza in the following order: Spread each pizza with 2 tbsp (30mL) ketchup, cover with 1 tsp (5mL) mustard, 9 Yum Yum pickles, 1/4 cup (50mL) ground beef, drizzle with ketchup and mustard (to taste), cover with 3 more Bick’s Yum Yum Pickles and cover with 1/3 cup (75mL) cheddar cheese.
Bake in preheated oven 12 - 15 minutes, until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool, about 5 minutes prior to eating. Be careful, toppings get very hot.
